Irritating....

Some baldy bastard stole my parcel. And guess what's inside the parcel.












Lee Hom designed Sony Ericsson's merchandises from Taiwan! I spent RM150++ and waited for 2 months for these! and now they are GONE! Damn it!!

You all must me wondering how the hell can someone steal my parcel if I have to collect the parcel myself? Now here is the story. The delivery company sent the parcel to my house in Johor when I was not around. So they left me a note and ask me to collect the stuff from their office. But their office is too far from my house so i asked them to resend the parcel to my company instead. The delivery company said that they will inform me once they resend the parcel to my company. However, after one week I did not hear any news from them. Within that one week I kept checking with the receptionist in my company about my parcel. But there is nothing. In the end I called up the delivery company again and they told me that they already sent it to my company. I told them I still did not receive my stuff and there is no record of my parcel delivery at the receptionist side also. "Can you please check again?" "Tak ade miss. Kita punya receipt ade chop dan sign company you. Maksudnya dah delivered la" The person I deal with from the delivery company keep repeating this sentence, very rude some more. But I think never mind la, may be the receptionist misplace the stuff or some people from my company accidentally took my stuff. So I gave them another week.

However, after another week I still haven't get my parcel. "May be he left the stuff there at the receptionist counter and he chop and sign the receipt himself. Then after that someone took your parcel la" One of my colleagues suggested after listening to my complaint. I was like " Ya ho! Why didn't I thought of that!" Then I called the delivery company again. "Tak ade miss. Kita punya receipt ade chop dan sign company you. Maksudnya dah delivered la" She still repeating the same damn sentence rudely. Then I also reply rudely "May be he sign and chop sendiri leh!" Then only she start to scare and said that she will check for me. After investigated, she told me that that guy really did that. She said that he had waited at the lobby for more than half and hour but the receptionist hadn't return from her break yet. So he left the stuff there and he chop and sign the receipt himself. She ask me to check with the receptionist again. WTF!

Then I lodge a complaint to the delivery company (with my bf help). The manager of Johor division called me. During the phone conversation, she still tried to put the blame on me.

Manager: Your name is not written on the parcel, that's why la.
Me: Hello, remember I ask your people to resend the parcel to my company? The one who change the parcel delivery content is not me, its your people. Your people forget to put my name on that parcel.
Manager: ......

So far the deliver company has only send me one formal letter saying that they will hand over the case to compensate and complaint department to handle. Even in their letter they did not sincerely apologize for their mistake "He leave the stuff on at the lobby which is a common practice by other deliver company also" -_-" I will give them one month. If there is still no action taken by them, I'm gonna bug them again and complaint for their inefficiency. May be complaint to Consumer's Right Department or something. And I'm gonna reveal their company name and make sure my friend and my family will not used their service anymore.

Cis. Damn angry. If they sincerely apologize for their mistake I will not be that frustrated.

    Complain till consumer right there, complain to media too, mark the delivery company..
